Three new Partners for Fulcrum Asset Management

London, 26 April 2022: Emma Pickering, Juan Antolin-Diaz and Philip Strother become partners

Fulcrum Asset Management is pleased to announce that Emma Pickering, Juan Antolin-Diaz and Philip Strother are joining the Partnership, bringing the total number of partners to 15.

Emma Pickering heads Fulcrum’s Investor Relations Team and has greatly enhanced the firm’s relationships with its clients. Joining in April 2004, Emma was a day-one member of Fulcrum, having previously worked alongside other founding members at Goldman Sachs. She is a CFA Charterholder.

 

Head of Research, Juan Antolin-Diaz joined Fulcrum 10 years ago from the European Central Bank, and prior to that the Foundation for Applied Economic Research. He has built up a widely respected team of researchers that has enabled Fulcrum to develop new strategies and improve the management of client portfolios.

 

Philip Strother joined seven years ago and heads Fulcrum’s Portfolio Engineering Group, an integral part of the firm that helps to ensure that Fulcrum is able to scale efficiently into bespoke strategies. Prior to joining Fulcrum Philip has held a number of positions including at AHL and JP Morgan.

Commenting on the promotions to the Partnership, Andrew Stevens, Fulcrum’s Chief Executive Officer, said:

Fulcrum has a team of over 70 people including economists, asset class specialists and research analysts.
