Based in London, with a presence New York, Australia and Japan, we are close to 100 employees in total. With roles in Investment, Risk Management, Sales, Investor Relations, Marketing, Compliance, Business Operations, Finance, HR, Technology and Administration.

Summer internships

Summer internships
Each summer we will offer a limited number of 2nd year degree students an 8-week paid internship. You will work alongside one of our investment teams, working on a project specific to your interests and skills. You will get exposure to the investment team, as well as finding more about what we do and who are our customers. This will give you an excellent opportunity to understand more deeply what it’s like to work in various investment roles. We advertise these roles at various points in the academic year. Work experience weeks
Twice a year (at Easter and just before the start of the school summer holidays) we offer a 1 week taster of working in financial services designed for A-Level students. You will learn about what we do and who are our customers. You will have a project to work on with other students, the findings of which you will present at the end of the week. This experience will give you an opportunity to understand the different roles at an Asset Manager. We work with specific schools to provide work experience so please ask your Careers Adviser to contact us if you would like to set this up.
