Exercising voting rights
At Fulcrum we obtain independent advice from proxy advisor Glass Lewis, executed via the Broadridge ProxyEdge platform. Through our votes, we aim to uphold principles of good governance, and to hold companies accountable for their sustainability strategies. We have adopted Glass Lewis’ Climate Policy for our default voting recommendations, although we may on occasion vote differently following our own analysis and research, as reviewed by the Stewardship Committee.
